Aurora Environmental is pleased to announce the upcoming acquisition of Welarm Pty Ltd, effective 1 July 2025.
This marks a significant milestone in Aurora’s journey and an exciting step forward in the continued growth of its contaminated sites capability.
Stephen Patmore, Aurora Director and Contaminated Sites Manager, said the acquisition represents a significant capability boost, positioning Aurora as one of only two consultancies with more than one Perth based accredited contaminated sites auditor.
“Having another WA-based accredited auditor on the team is a big win. With the additional senior-level expertise, we can take on more without compromising quality or delivery times,” he said.
Welarm, also based in Perth, has operated a boutique consultancy since 2013, building a strong reputation for technical rigour and dependable service. The two businesses have previously worked together on several audit and assessment projects and share similar values for providing high technical standards and a practical, client-focused approach.
