Mark Shepherd
Managing Director/General Manager
Mark is the founder of Aurora Environmental and is responsible for day-to-day operations. Previously he was W.A. General Manager for a multi-national consultancy, where he managed six different businesses with a staff of over 400 people and a turnover of $100 million.
Noel Davies
Director/Strategic Advisor
Providing specialist and strategic advice to the group, Noel’s particular expertise is in the areas of Waste Management, Contaminated Sites Management and Environmental Impact Assessment. Noel was the inaugural Chair of the State Waste Management Board from 2002 to 2006, advising the government on waste management policy and legislation.
Greg Milner
Director/Contaminated Sites Manager
Greg has worked in most fields of the environmental sector with a primary focus on site contamination assessment and remediation. His competency, cooperative approach and ability to form productive working relationships are valued by clients. His particular experience is within brownfields projects.
Colin Outhwaite
Director/OHS Manager
Operating in senior OHS roles since 1992, and specifically asbestos consultancy since 2004, Colin has developed an expertise in asbestos risk management which positions him as a strategic and trusted advisor to numerous clients. He was previously State Manager for a large WA Consultancy.
Paul Zuvela
Director/EIA Manager
Paul’s expertise is in EIA across various sectors including land development, infrastructure and mining. He has a thorough understanding of issues related to managing flora, vegetation, fauna, wetlands, drainage, coastal and riverine environments, as well as statutory obligations and approvals processes.
Brad Dermody
Director/ Associate Environmental Scientist
Brad applies his broad technical skills and experience to provide risk-based, cost effective and tailored solutions to contaminated site projects.
Melanie Price
Associate Environmental Scientist
Melanie has extensive experience in strategic environmental planning for natural resource management, including risk assessment related to climate change, impact assessment for development, and facilitating community consultation.
